"I love learning, and helping others to learn," says Andrew Smith, a learning facilitator since 1999. He is passionate about leadership, culture and relational skills, with a particular interest in how participants integrate insights into their personal lives and achieve their goals as a result. As a presenter, Andy draws on his experience in several industries, including marketing in the construction industry, travel and multimedia. He is proud of helping organisations as diverse as Telecom, Downer EDI Works, Ports of Auckland, Pacific Steel and the New Zealand Defence Forces profit from transformational change within their workforces. As well as his role in delivering courses and leading groups, Andrew is highly experienced in the design of learning programmes. He has expertise in a wide range of fields, including values clarification, sales, conflict resolution, cultural diversity, life balance and organisational strategic planning. |
