| Throughout his career in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and South Africa Blair has been honing his knowledge of technical, practical and theoretical learning. After graduating in Management Studies from the University of Waikato, he was drawn to roles that involved hands-on training and designing courses to impart computer skills to others. He has run workshops, trained corporate clients, developed IT training software and helped pioneer online learning programmes, for corporate and public sector clients, as well as specialised training providers. Working at the interface of people and computers, Blair has developed a unique set of insights into what gets results in our fast-changing information age. He has an unrelenting focus on the learner’s needs, with an approach that highlights the ability to move at an individual’s own pace and developing a suite of skills that can immediately be applied to the job. |
