Practically all of his adult life, Colin has been deeply involved in understanding the learning process and supporting individuals and organisations achieve their true potential. Building on his initial career in the education sector, Colin branched out into sales management and was responsible for sales and product development for a global company operating in Australia and New Zealand. This led to a career as an independent consultant where he could impart his in-depth knowledge and empower others to realise their potential. Colin enjoys working with a wide range of small, medium and corporate business in both New Zealand and Australia, covering everything from one-to-one coaching to process design and strategic planning. He believes that for learning to be maximised, learners must connect with its purpose, and should be challenged in a way that is satisfying, powerful and enjoyable. |
