Dave can draw on a deep understanding of the corporate world, built up throughout his career in the IT industry. During his time working within large enterprises he realised the huge potential for developing innovative ways of coaching individuals to new levels of success, which is now his area of specialisation. As he says, "The world of work is hugely influential today, often more so than government, church or military. Hence, good leadership, values, ethics and standards of management are key.” Through his work, Dave has built up a wide range of skills as a manager, consultant, facilitator, coach and mentor. Most of his work is done in large organisations that have a focus on business excellence, with recent clients that include Vero Insurance, Fletcher Engineering, SPARC and Downer EDI Works. He is committed to an ongoing mentoring process to ensure that the services he provides are effective as well as inspiring. |
