David became the youngest New Zealander ever to achieve a top 20 hit when his song ‘Wheel of Fortune’ reached number five in 1970. He was just 14 at the time. Following this early success, David pursued a career in music in New Zealand and Britain, where he became a seasoned entertainer and performed in front of thousands of people. In parallel with his music, David developed a career in cricket coaching and business, and this unique combination of skills led him to The Learning Wave.
