 Duane Mann understands leadership. As a former rugby league professional, he had the rare distinction of captaining two countries at international level, running out at the head of both the New Zealand and Tonga teams at different stages of his career. Developing his interest in coaching and leadership, he extended his skills into the corporate arena with clients as diverse as Siemens Energy Services, Fonterra, Ports of Auckland and Downer EDI Works.
Duane has delivered programmes that include individual and team development, goal and strategic planning, change management, time management, health and safety, and foundational skills. He also has excellent communication skills, working with Sky TV as a commentator and presenter. An experienced facilitator and speaker, Duane has a rare ability to engage with New Zealanders at all levels and deliver life-changing concepts that they can apply in their own fields. |
