A seasoned learning consultant, Kate draws on her experience in the corporate world to design innovative courses that meet clearly defined business objectives. She was responsible for all behavioural training of 2,700 Auckland staff during her time as SkyCity’s Learning and Development Manager, so she has ample experience in the delivery of challenging projects to large groups.
