 Rob spent over a decade with Pfizer Animal Health, working in a senior sales management role to support and develop the skills of the company’s sales team. These days he shares his hard-won knowledge with The Learning Wave’s clients and enjoys watching people latch onto powerful ideas that unlock their personal capabilities. It’s all about extending an individual’s own abilities through nurturing their confidence and giving them some new tools, he says.
