 David’s career has taken him to North America, UK, Europe and back home to New Zealand, where he now keeps himself very busy in the role of Business Development Manager with The Learning Wave. His previous experience spans a host of sectors, including telecoms, leisure, media and technology, as well as the legal and financial worlds. He enjoys working with a diverse group of organisations and loves the challenge of analysing needs and identifying the right solution. As he says, it’s about understanding the clients’ “pain” and showing them a way forward.
Working with major corporate clients over the years, David has learned the value of long-term strategic thinking as well as the need to deliver sales. Give him a mission to build sustainable business relationships and revenue, and he’ll respond with a solid plan and the commitment to ensure it succeeds.
David has spent much time enjoying the great outdoors and his time “on the road” as a traveller has taught him many valuable ‘life’ lessons which he now applies to the world of business and learning.
