Leonie has a vital role at The Learning Wave, because it’s her responsibility to transform our programme developers’ ideas into learning materials and collateral that connects with its audience of learners. One day she may be brainstorming ideas for a memorable ‘takeaway’ (i.e. a memento such as a set of juggling balls that keep on communicating the key concept after the session is over). Another day she’ll be busy translating a set of hand-written notes into an attractive printed booklet that communicates clearly and powerfully.
Leonie has been with The Learning Wave since it started, so she has an unrivalled knowledge of what gets results. As with all our team, she’s convinced that nothing can replace teaching aids that go beyond the seminar room and become part of the learner’s life. “When you see how an interactive idea goes home with the participant – then you know you’re going to make a difference,” she says.
