The qualities you want in a Business Operations Manager are efficiency, an eye for detail and superb project management skills. Richard Moxon brings all these qualities to the role, and more. Co-ordinating resources, managing budgets and generally ensuring the smooth running of The Learning Wave’s programmes is all part of a day’s work.
Richard comes to us with a background in sports and business management, including a stint as Team Manager for the Auckland Women’s NPC rugby side. He has also worked as a finance and administration manager for corporate training companies and spent 18 months as a deckhand on a super yacht in the Mediterranean. Richard knows the ways of the corporate world – and more importantly, he understands how team dynamics and the human factor can make all the difference when you’re striving towards a new goal.
