Terry Williams

Combining many years as a senior business executive with a parallel career in stand-up comedy is not the usual background of someone in organisational development. However, Terry Williams is keen to stress how complementary these two strands actually are. “Clients appreciate the extra value I bring, drawing on my experience as a performer. Terry has worked in sales at State Insurance and as a business analyst at the New Zealand Lotteries Commission, as well as a stint in senior management at North Shore City Council. He understands the pressure that comes from managing multi-million dollar budgets, having experienced it himself. In his work with The Learning Wave, Terry focuses on helping learners unlock their potential as they start to translate their newfound knowledge into tangible results.
