 Trish enjoys the process of getting inside diverse organisations, understanding their goals and helping develop the learning strategies to deliver them. Her previous experience in social services and human resources within the public and private sectors means she understands the drivers of human behaviour – and more importantly, how to influence them. “When you can link individual learning to business strategies, then you can really deliver value for money,” she says.
With academic qualifications in psychology and business administration, Trish has a wide frame of reference to draw on. Her career has included senior HR and learning development roles at companies including The Warehouse, Ports of Auckland, Vodafone and Auckland District Health Board. Outside her work with The Learning Wave, Trish enjoys taking time to travel widely and immerse herself in different cultures.
