 Karen brings energy as well as experience to her role as Business Development Manager at The Learning Wave. She has a natural talent for working in partnership with clients to help them deliver improved business results.
After initially working as a teacher, Karen moved into the telecommunications industry, where she worked with TelstraClear and First Mobile (part of the Vodafone Group). Enjoying the constant stimulus and ongoing challenges of growing sales, she then took up a role as National Business Development Manager with Winsborough. This involved the promotion of Hogan Assessment Systems, which are used around the world to help businesses develop key talent and bring leadership qualities to the fore. From there, it was a natural step into the world of business learning at The Learning Wave.
She has a solid record of tackling challenges in the business world, while in her spare time, she likes to head to the great outdoors for a spot of mountain biking, power walking, fishing, skiing or kayaking.
