First birthday celebrations at the Café
It's now been a year since we launched our Learning Café and we're delighted to say a big THANK YOU for responding to our invitation to join us for a virtual coffee on a monthly basis.
We now have built a community of over 500 Learning Café consumers and we consider you as friends of our family. Once you've sat down with your coffee, more than 53% of you have hung around for a while and clicked on at least one link within the Café. In the year we've only had 22 find the coffee too bitter to take on board and hit the 'unsubscribe' button. We're sure if we had some smart marketing folk they would tell us these are some great results!
To those who are our Café Regulars, we really appreciate your consistency in coming back for more every month, for your enthusiastic feedback and the great conversations we've started…
We wish you all the best for the 'silly season' and look forward to sharing some of our new brews with you next year.
Please take a few minutes and join us for this month's virtual coffee at The Learning Cafe to:
- Indulge in double shots - new insights and ideas about business and learning
- People-watch - see what others are doing
- Pass comment or gossip - on current topics of interest
- Browse the magazines - and learn some new tricks of the trade
- Be inspired - by the thoughts and actions of others

Nalco was finding that team leaders in its Hamilton aluminium joinery factory were struggling to delegate tasks and effectively manage workforce issues such as absenteeism.
