Jamie joined The Learning Wave in 2019 as the Head of Client Delivery and comes with over 15 years of significant industry and learning and development experience.  With a passion for life-long learning and helping transform both organisations and individuals Jamie is a Learning and Development practitioner who is driven to support others to perform better.

An experienced facilitator, learning designer and coach Jamie has experienced working at all levels within an organisation from senior managers to front line workers.  Jamie is driven to help others succeed and is well experienced in quickly building rapport with individuals at all levels of an oganisation.

Prior to working with The Learning Wave Jamie has worked as a Learning and Development manager with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare for 5 years and Tyco Fire & Security for 7 years.  Prior to this he worked as a Learning and Development Advisor and Trainer at both Noel Leeming Group and Dick Smith Electronics.
