Blending expertise, enthusiasm and patience, Nicky knows how to bring out the potential in every participant.

She has been the Lead Facilitator for Coaching, Customer Service Training and Leadership initiatives in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Bangladesh and the Philippines – working with organisations such as BOC, Gough Group, Elgas and the Electrical Engineers Association.

With over 20 years’ experience in designing and facilitating customised learning programmes for people in both the public and private sectors. Nicky’s credentials include an Honours Law Degree from London, a Postgrad Certificate in Coaching from Sydney and accreditation as a Change Management Practitioner.

An active member of NZISM and HRINZ, Nicky has a special interest in how adults learn which ensures that everyone who attends one of Nicky’s workshops meets the objectives set – and leaves full of confidence to start applying their new skills in daily life.  This was certainly evident in the great work she did achieved at Farmlands where learners participated in a digital literacy learning solution.
